About these terms
VFuture Labs is an online-only learning and project platform operating in Vietnam. Legal representative: NGUYEN HA AN. General contact: [email protected]; legal contact: [email protected]. These draft terms cover public browsing, accounts, courses, resources, projects and opportunities.
These are proposed terms awaiting owner review, not a claim that a new contract has taken effect. Before publication, the owner must confirm the contracting entity, required contact details, effective date and any additional program-specific terms. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate information, keep credentials private and use only an account you are entitled to access. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not impersonate others, share authentication codes or attempt to bypass permissions.
You must have the capacity or representative authorization required by applicable law. For children or other people requiring representation, the required safeguards and consent process must be established before use of the relevant service. Creating an account is not a substitute for that process.
Learning and assessment
Course pages and the learning workspace describe available content and requirements. Access to some material requires an account, enrollment or another stated eligibility condition. Submit your own work and follow the applicable assessment instructions, attribution rules and any stated rules on outside or AI assistance.
Progress, feedback, scores and certificates reflect the platform’s recorded learning activity and criteria. They do not guarantee employment, admission, professional accreditation or a particular result. Suspected misconduct can be reviewed using relevant submissions, timestamps and exam-integrity records. Contact support to ask about a grading or access issue.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, discrimination, fraud, malicious software, unauthorized disclosure of personal information or infringement of intellectual-property rights. Do not disrupt the platform, evade rate limits, test unauthorized systems or attempt to access private content.
Respect other participants and the conditions attached to resources, projects and external services. Report harmful content or security concerns through the contact page.
Your content and platform materials
You retain rights you hold in your submissions and contributions. Only upload material you have permission to use and share. When you submit content, you authorize the processing and display reasonably needed to store it, deliver the feature, assess it and carry out the visibility choices you make. This does not transfer ownership of your work.
VFuture Labs and third-party authors retain their rights in platform materials. You may use materials for the access and learning purposes offered, subject to any stated license. Do not assume that public access grants permission to republish, sell or redistribute content. Ask before using our name or marks to imply endorsement.
Public sharing and moderation
Public-profile settings and approved or published contributions can make selected content visible outside your account. Review your choices before sharing; third parties may retain copies. Private submissions are not automatically a public portfolio.
We may restrict access or remove material where reasonably needed to address a breach, security issue, legal obligation or harm to others. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and a way to seek review. Urgent protective action may precede notice. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Projects, opportunities and external links
Listings describe opportunities and projects; their availability, eligibility and deadlines may change. An expression of interest is not a guarantee of acceptance or placement. Review the organizer’s current conditions before applying.
External application links and services are operated by their respective providers. Their terms and privacy notices may differ. A link does not by itself mean endorsement or a guarantee about an external service.
Fees and separate arrangements
These terms do not create a subscription, payment obligation or refund promise. If a paid service or separately governed program is offered, its price and applicable conditions must be made clear before you agree. Do not infer an unstated fee or commercial commitment from a public listing.
Privacy and communication
Our privacy notice explains account, learning, security and optional analytics data. Optional analytics can be rejected without disabling learning. The contact page opens your email application; it does not submit a ticket or confirm delivery on this website. No support-response time is promised by these draft terms.
Availability, responsibility and ending use
We aim to provide useful, reliable content, but availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed. Features may need maintenance, correction or retirement. We do not guarantee specific educational, career or commercial outcomes.
You may stop using the service and request help with account closure. Some records may need separate handling for lawful retention, content ownership or verification purposes. Any allocation or limitation of liability remains subject to mandatory Vietnamese law; these terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes, concerns and applicable law
Send a concern or dispute to [email protected] with enough detail for review. We encourage good-faith resolution without limiting your right to contact competent authorities or courts. Vietnamese law applies subject to any mandatory rules protecting you.
An approved version will identify its effective date. Material changes will be communicated appropriately, and any required agreement will be obtained. The Vietnamese and English drafts are intended to describe the same terms; report a discrepancy for correction rather than assuming it removes a legal right.
